Thanks Brad for this one. Stardock has released an updated beta to its freeware Windows XP logon creation & applying program, LogonStudio.
0.93 fixes bugs found in 0.92 that could prevent the applied logon from showing up on bootup on some systems. It also adds some more features for the creation of advanced logons.
LogonStudio allows users to create .logonxp files which change the Windows XP logon screen.
