Microsoft is pushing Windows Phone "Mango" as hard as they can, with events across the US in November, and the company has even more up their sleeve.
If you live in New York City and have enough "Klout" (social influence), Microsoft wants to give you a free device from the new 7.5 lineup. It's not clear which device, but they're giving 500 away and it will be of the newer series. Additionally, you'll get VIP tickets to one of the events next month.
“These events are going to be off the hook” said Molly O’Donnell, Director of Influencer Marketing for Windows Phone. The events are big parties to show off the new Windows Phone lineup in the US. They're also open to the public, however the VIP pass will get you a few extra treats (which we don't know about yet).
