Game streaming fans on Nvidia's GeForce NOW platform just received a new update for their service. The latest drop contains a new feature to easily sort through the available games library when other subscriptions are involved, while it also contains support for several new releases like Vampire Crawlers and Tides of Tomorrow.
Starting with the new feature, GeForce NOW users should now start seeing labels on their streaming game library if they use subscription services to obtain titles. When connected to GeForce NOW, games that are granted via Xbox Game Pass and Ubisoft+ services will now appear with in-app labels for easily playing the version players want.
"Clear labels now appear directly on each game’s details — eliminating guesswork and making it simple to see exactly what’s available to play instantly from connected subscriptions," says Nvidia. "More clarity, less searching — and one more reason the cloud gaming library has never looked better."
Marvel's Rivals players with GeForce NOW Premium memberships also have a new reward available to them for claiming until May 23. This is the brand-new Thor Midgard Umber Skin that's found in the GeForce NOW account portal as a code which can be redeemed on Steam.
Lastly, here are the games joining GeForce NOW's supported list this week:
- Vampire Crawlers: The Turbo Wildcard from Vampire Survivors (New release on Steam and Xbox,
- available on Game Pass, April 21)
- Tides of Tomorrow (New release on Steam, April 22, GeForce RTX 5080-ready)
- ‘83 (New release on Steam, April 23, GeForce RTX 5080-ready)
- Diablo III (New release on Ubisoft Connect, April 23)
- Crimson Desert (Xbox, available to play via Xbox Play Anywhere, GeForce RTX 5080-ready)
- MapleStory M (Steam)
Keep in mind that, unlike subscription services like Game Pass or EA Play, a copy of a game must be owned by the GeForce NOW member (or at least have a license via PC Game Pass) to start playing via NVIDIA's cloud servers. There is also a limit to how many hours subscribers can use the service per month.
