Puzzle-adventure game Peaky Blinders: Mastermind announced for PS4, NS, Xbox One and PC

Back in March 2019, game developer FuturLab and publisher CurveDigital revealed that they had acquired the rights to make a video game based on the hit British television show Peaky Blinders for PC and consoles. Titled Peaky Blinders: Mastermind, the two gaming companies have finally officially announced the game and shared more details about the title.

The game will be available on multiple platforms including PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch. Its Steam page has already gone live and can be added to users' wishlists. While an official release date is yet to be assigned to the upcoming puzzle-adventure video game, a tentative release window of summer 2020 has been given on Steam.

A detailed description for the game on Steam reads:

"Peaky Blinders: Mastermind is a puzzle-adventure game based on the multi-award-winning TV show where players will pull the strings, as Tommy Shelby and his gang seek to take control of the streets of Birmingham in the early 20th century. Welcome to Birmingham, during the aftermath of the Great War. Set right before the events of Season One, Peaky Blinders: Mastermind lets you join the Shelby family's criminal gang. Follow the rise of Tommy as he successfully uncovers a sinister plot to put the family out of business, proving himself worthy of being the true mastermind of the Peaky Blinders."

CurveDigital has stated that a complete reveal trailer for Peaky Blinders: Mastermind will be released tomorrow. As for now, a trailer lasting about two minutes has been revealed via IGN. A second video posted by IGN and screenshots provided on the game's Steam page offer a closer look at the actual gameplay and game mechanics of the Peaky Blinders video game adaptation.
