TikTok has been fined a huge sum of money by the Dutch DPA, a sum total of €750,000, for not appropriately communicating its app's data privacy and usage policy, in accordance with the EU's GDPR.

The Dutch DPA has concluded that Microsoft breaches the Dutch data protection law with Windows 10. Apparently, the tech giant has not made clear the purpose of the data it retrieves from its users.
