After Xerox officialized its tender offer for all outstanding HP shares, the latter company is telling shareholders to reject the offer, saying it would create an "irresponsible capital structure".
In its continued attempts to take over HP's business, Xerox has now launched a tender offer for all outstanding HP shared, valuing the company at $24 per share, in both cash and Xerox shares.
