Samsung TV Plus has partnered with Spotify to debut The Ringer as Spotify's first-ever TV channel for free to millions of viewers across Samsung devices.

Spotify has confirmed it is laying off 200 team members, or 2 percent of its total workforce. The layoffs will come from its podcast division. It will also combine its Parcast and Gimlet studios.
