Meta is working on threaded replies in WhatsApp for iOS. It should help users keep on top of replies to comments in busy groups or communities.

Facebook Messenger now lets you respond to specific messages a contact sends you. These threaded messages will come in handy in group chats, or when you need to reply to several missed messages.
