Microsoft has released a new Xbox app for mobile devices in beta form, with a completely rewritten infrastructure plus the addition of Xbox console streaming as a feature for all users.

Microsoft today announced that Xbox Console Streaming, the feature that lets you stream your games from your console to your phone, is now available in preview in all Xbox One markets.
Microsoft has started rolling out the Console Streaming feature to Xbox Insiders in the Omega ring, meaning it's now available on for all Insiders. It's currently limited to the U.S. and UK, though.
