The Dude out on $100,000 bail

Heres a belated update to the idiot who stole $9 million from his boss and then paraded it around for all to see (including his ex co-workers it would seem)

A former Microsoft manager accused of stealing and selling more than $9 million of software from the company was released from custody Friday awaiting his trial.

U.S. Magistrate John Weinberg ordered Daniel Feussner released on a $100,000 bond, with the condition that he remain electronically monitored at his Sammamish home.

Feussner, formerly director of one of Microsoft's high-profile .NET projects, was arrested and fired Dec. 11. He has been accused of ordering Microsoft software by saying he needed it for his project, and then selling it to underwrite a lavish lifestyle.

Prosecutors say Feussner, 32, used the proceeds to buy a Hummer, a Ferrari and a 51-foot motor yacht named the Brazilian Queen.
