Calibre is an open source e-book library management application that enables you to manage your e-book collection, convert e-books between different formats, synchronize with popular e-book reader devices, and read your e-books with the included viewer.
It acts as an e-library and also allows for format conversion, news feeds to e-book conversion, as well as e-book reader sync features and an integrated e-book viewer.
Calibre's features include: library management; format conversion (all major ebook formats); syncing to e-book reader devices; fetching news from the Web and converting it into ebook form; viewing many different e-book formats, giving you access to your book collection over the internet using just a browser.

- Annotations browser: Add a color swatch in the results list to make seeing the type of highlight easier
- Match books in library window: When doing the initial search using the title of the book on the device, if no matches are found remove trailing text in parentheses or after a colon and try again
- When merging books via drag and drop show the cover of the target book
- HTMLZ Output: Add support for embedded fonts
- Plugin installation window: Allow filtering available plugins by category
- Fetch news: Add a sub-menu to the right click menu of the Fetch news button that shows recently downloaded news sources

- Content server viewer: Improve the selection dialog for choosing a Text-to-speech voice
- Content server: Fix an error when editing a book's metadata to change both the cover and another field
