PowerChute Dataserv using allot of RAM?

So I have been experiencing some slow responses on my system and loaded Sysinternals Process Explorer and noticed that Dataserv.exe is using ~200 MB of system RAM and ~20 on the CPU. I do have an APC UPS installed, so I know that is the UPS software, but should it be using these type of resources? this is while the system is idle:
