Yeah, I'd wager there's more murders going on than 12-year olds having sex. So we should just go ahead and get rid of murder laws while we're at it, since those don't seem to be working either. Along with traffic laws.

By Ohio law, engaging in sexual conduct with any person less than 13 years old is rape, whether that conduct is consensual or not.

It's not that she cried rape afterwards, it's the law regardless.
