Well, I was afraid that they wouldn't opt for this version of Sunspot:

More new ones:

Well, I was kinda hoping we'd see Bishop using his abilities and not his gun. He looks awesome though!

Also, what do you guys think of this Sentinel of the future?

Also, what kind of movie would it be if this guy drops in:

:p

So, I guess no one noticed that that's Wolverine from the past? His mind is being transferred into his own body in the past. The Weapon X experiment hasn't happened yet so he doesn't have his bones laced with Adamantium yet. The future Wolverine clearly has his claws laced with Adamantium again. If he didn't, then you'd still see his claws partially laced with Adamantium where his claws come out of his hands.

I'm thinking Magneto helped him with the Adamantium. Either way, I hope they'll explain it in the film.

Pietro wore both a mask and hood in the Son of M series, and his uniform has ranged from a lightning bolted (or not) unitard of various colors to a black uniform similat to that used in the first X-MEN film.

Why worry about goggles or a jacket (which may or may not be used in action)?

It looks like a third rate cosplay attempt from someone who had a $20 budget. And as Brendeth pointed out, they made the character named Quicksilver be all silver and even have silver hair. That's pretty high up on the retardation scale.

Because it looks horrific, out of all of the covers that ruins it with his lame interpretation, at least Whedon will get it right

His comic uniform ranged lime to avacado green, blues, black etc. with or without a lightning bolt motif. Various modern unis have been shades of blue to black. Some later uniforms had silver, but not entirely.

Anyhow, this appears to be a nod to the Earth 295 Quicksilver's sometimes use of goggles, but with a black uniform and the Ultimate Quicksilver jacket.

Goggles, check

Black outfit, check

Jacket, check

White hair, check

Absent any video and just a still, what's the problem?

The problem isn't that it might be a nod to some other version of Quicksilver. The problem is that Quicksilver looks like **** in this film regardless of any comic-book version.

What Jeroen said. It simply looks awful.

    • Looks like the 7.1 is fake effects, can it at least do real 5.1? It says 'virtual 7.1' in all descriptions.
    • You can't, if you didn't notice, it doesn't support surround at all, it's right in the spec list.
    • Hi — I’m always interested in soundcards. Like displays, I just want to know I’m getting as much clean “sonic juice” into my brain as possible as the years take their toll. I’m not entirely sure what to take away from this review, though. It doesn’t really tell me whether the AE‑X is a good product or who it’s actually for. Most of what I’m getting is: there’s a driver to install, here’s what it looks like, and here’s what’s in the box. There’s a lot of emphasis on the SPDIF input. When you mention not needing to switch headphones between console and PC — does that mean the PC has to be powered on just to pass audio through? That seems like a fairly big waste of energy. Is this more something a streamer would use alongside a capture card? How are you testing the sound? (Also, you might want to clarify that you’re using the headphones in wired mode when you mention they’re wireless.) You mention the lack of EMI shielding — how much real‑world difference does that make compared with typical motherboard audio? On multi‑channel: what exactly isn’t supported? Does this mean Windows spatial audio (Dolby Atmos for Headphones, DTS Headphone:X, etc.) won’t work, or just that the card itself doesn’t decode surround formats? And are there any true multi‑driver “surround” headphones left that would even use that? You also highlight support for high‑impedance headphones — but what does that translate to in practice? How does it compare to driving the same headphones from a normal device, and does it make any difference for everyday, lower‑impedance models? In short, who is this card actually targeted at?
