Here's how I want it to pan out.

Kill *all* the main characters except for Daryl and Carol - especially Rick and his equally emo son.  Then they arms themselves to the teeth and go on the road.  They shouldn't stay in any location for more than one episode.  At some point in their travels, some decent effort is put into explaining why there was a zombie apocalypse and how it might be resolved.  Ultimately it wraps up with some sort of actual, y'know, conclusion.

So I am just wondering, for the Gov, are they working the story line backwards?  or did he go from their camp to that family, and now to where he is now?

What we saw when he looked at the prison is the end, we are getting to that point over these two episodes

Why do they need to explain why there's a zombie apocalypse? One of the things that are likable on TWD is that they show story arcs that are based on the zombie apocalypse itself instead of going on an adventure to try and figure out what caused it. Last thing I want is for them to go Resident Evil on this finding the root cause of the walkers.

Here is a video from our towns very first "Zombie Walk from 2012" .. I was there taking pictures and recording video. So with some of the video I recorded, I added some Zombie sounds and made a Walking Dead opening!

I really like the direction they've taken with this season. I've also read info about the episode after the upcoming one. Things are going to get more interesting at the prison in that episode!

Show is about the characters, not the walkers.

This season of The Walking Dead has already seen three major new additions in the form of Michael Cudlitz, Josh McDermitt and Christian Serratos as 'Abraham', 'Eugene' and 'Rosita', respectively, but now Andrew J. West has been added to the series as 'Gareth'. He will apparently be intrduced next year in the second half of the season as, "a remix of sorts of an unidentified character from the series. Gareth will have what sources say is a big presence and play an important character on the drama from showrunner Scott M. Gimple." Whether that is indeed the truth or just a codename being used to keep his identity a secret (similar to how they handled Larry Gilliard Jr.'s 'Bob') is unknown, but who do you guys think he could be playing?

I must say, I'm happy with how they are handling the governor episodes this season. I thought the woodbury episodes were the worst part of the last season, and was not looking forward to the governor coming back this season, but the last two episodes have been excellent.

How long do you all thing it was between when the governor threw that guy in the water and the prison got the illness. There is a theory that the zombie in the water, is the same water supply for the prison, and that is what was getting people sick

That's an interesting theory!

It could make sense, I mean the Governor is a complex character, so while on one hand he may have changed by having a new family, his other side hasn't. I knew that he wasn't done getting back at the prison, so maybe this is his way have killing them from the inside out. Just looking back at the first few episodes, they focused a lot on the water.
