See, that's interesting actually. According to the screenshot posted in this post, the program is dated December 14, while the one in your screenshot is dated December 12. Something fishy is going on around here, or they found a last-minute bug, and then compiled a new version on December 14.

CPU-Z does not need to be installed, just unzip the files in a directory and run the .exe. In order to remove the program, just delete the files.
