Computer takes around 20 seconds before it fully starts booting.

if it has IntelRAID ability, it could be waiting for init of the controller/attached drives, in bios check to see if youve opted to disable the legacy display of intel controller, this can give you a flashing cursor top left. (if left enabled)

It is AMD build so it does not have Intel RAID.
