um... i hope you don't forget panthers' stephen davis. he is one of the big reasons why panthers have such a good running game and partly the reason for them going to playoffs and beyond.

i just wish davis was still with the skins under gibbs II era

Nah, of course I wouldn't forget him. Like I said, though, "Super Stars". He's a blue collar player, week in week out and hardly gets the attention he deserves. Whereas, some players can get like 40 yards on 25 carries or 2 catches for 38 yards and still get mentioned.

But, I think Carolina has shown against the Eagles and against the Rams that they are a team. Davis got hurt, plug Foster in, and the offense still runs.

Go 49ers!! Haha, maybe two more years, IF they keep Julian Peterson.

And I don't think it's a matter of people hating the Patriots. I think it's more of a WTF? matter. I swear, everytime you see the Rams or Eagles or Chiefs win, everyone thinks they are the best team in the NFL. Nevermind that the Patriots won like 13-14 in a row. And nevermind the Panthers have had one of the most consistant offenses through the whole year. All this goes back to my view on sports and the media: it sucks. It's all style over substance.

hey. he WAS on the bench in the fourth quarter though. i mean, his line sucked. his receivers sucked.

cant blame this one on mcnabb other than the 3 pickles, and i think 1 or 2 of them was miscommunication which you could blame on both him and the wr.

It has been confirmed that the Indy Recievers have made it back to Indy, there were reports that the Pat's Secondary were still (not) called for holding even hours after the Game. Preventing them from even getting to the Locker Room...

When asked about the Backfield Judge about the Serious LACK of "Holding" calls after the game, he was quoted as saying "There was a game today?".

We're not bitter, we beat ourselves NO Question. We had a good run, Officials had an even worse game than the Colts... We will get em next year...

Panthers.... ANYBODY but the Pat's...

From Boston, so natrually I'm a homer: GO PATS.

There will be a lot of comparisons between this year's Patriots and the 2001 Rams because the Patriots are 7 1/2 point favorites. That's where the comparisons should end. Bill Belechick is not Mike Martz, and he will not make the mistake of taking Carolina lightly.

Carolina has had some big wins, but in this streak of 14 straght wins, the Pats have beaten Philly, Dallas, Denver, Indy twice, Tenn twice, and Miami twice (all teams with 10+ wins). They also won all of the 'trap games' along the way, taking out the Texans (in OT), Jets, Bills, Jags, Giants, and Cleveland.

I find it difficult to dislike the Panthers because they remind me alot of the Patriots, but unless the Pats blow it, this will be the beginning of a Dynasty.

Cats vs. Pats

I want the Panthers to win, like many people, but you've got to be seriously crazy to think they have any chance against the Patriots. The Patriots own the Panthers in offense, defense, special teams, and coaching. The Panthers shouldn't even show up.

    • Google Finance is now out of beta with improved portfolio tracking and a new Android app by Karthik Mudaliar Google is taking its redesigned Google Finance experience out of beta and adding several new features, including portfolio tracking, scheduled market briefings, and a dedicated Android app. The company says the updates are beginning to roll out globally this week, while an iOS app is planned for later in 2026. The most notable addition is the new portfolio feature. Instead of entering every investment manually, users can upload a screenshot, CSV file, or PDF containing their holdings. They can also tell Google Finance what they own using natural language, such as the number of shares held in a particular company or fund. Google Finance will then place those investments into a dashboard showing performance, asset allocation, concentration risk, and the holdings responsible for the biggest gains or losses. Existing portfolios created with the older version of Google Finance should appear automatically. The built-in AI research panel can use the portfolio as context when answering questions. For example, users can ask which sectors are underrepresented or how their fixed-income allocation could affect long-term growth. Google says portfolio data will remain private and that uploaded files and images will not be retained. Users will also be able to edit or delete their portfolio information after it has been imported. Google Finance is also getting scheduled tasks. These let users request recurring reports such as a daily summary of overnight cryptocurrency movements or a weekly update about newly announced initial public offerings. There is also a new Google Finance app for Android. It includes watchlists, interactive charts, real-time market data, a live news feed, and the same AI research panel available on the web. Google has been gradually expanding the AI-powered Finance redesign since it first entered testing. In April, the experience was expanded to more than 100 countries, bringing its research tools, advanced charts, and market news to a much larger audience. That was followed by a wider European rollout in May, which added features including live earnings calls, transcripts, and AI-generated summaries. The ability to import an entire portfolio from a screenshot or document should make Google Finance considerably easier to set up. However, Android users will have to wait for feature parity with the web version, and Google has yet to say exactly when the iOS app will arrive.
