Windows 10 19H1 Slow Ring Build 18342

First thread posted here in a long time but I figured this was the best place to ask. The recent 19H1 slow ring build is the first time i've ever had a serious problem with an insider preview build. I cannot get the damn thing to install. Now this is on a newly build rig which is hardly a slouch:

 

AMD Ryzen 5 2600x

ASUS ROG Strix Gaming B450-f Mobo

16GB Corsair Vengence DDR4- 2333

4 128GB Samsung SSDs in RAID 0 (SSDs i had lying around seemed a shame to waste them!)

3 TB WD Blue 3.5 storage drive.

Asus Geforce GTX 1080ti Founders Edition

 

Basically after reboot it simply hands on the windows load screen. Just wondering if anyone had similar experiences with this build and if you discovered a fix for it? Its no a huge deal as it just rolls back to 1809 but still doesn't exactly bode when when its supposed to RTM this month!

I'm going to take a shot in the dark but maybe it's because of the RAID setup you have?
