Can't click notification without clicking ad

Whenever I try and click notifications on the forum while using my phone it clicks the ad underneath instead. Here's some screenshots to demonstrate how this happens. And just to be clear this happens with many different ads so it's not any particular ad.

 

 

 

 

I'm pretty sure this is just a z index issue, where the ad is a higher z index then the notification menu. that or the notification menu is allowing clicks to pass through the element.

What browser are you using? Phone type might help, too.
