I'm using the latest version of VX right now (not 4.0 of course). And I want to know if its normal to have this light colored line both on top and bottom of the taskbar.

Is there a way to remove it or is it suppose to be there at all ? It kinda kills to beautifulness of the blue taskbar.

Yes, that's the "highlight" - notice, though, how it's not overdone, or glassy, or gradated, or any of that. It's one of the subtleties that makes this theme rock.
