lol on monday night after the Habs won there was this dude downtown with a Bruins jersey... it was crazy, there were hundreds of people circling him, then he started to run and all the Habs fans started to run behind him. It looked like one of those wildlife documentaries where a herd of an animal is running from something

ROTFLMAO!!!!

ROTFLMAO!!!!

haha the dude was asking for it, right in the middle of Crescent too

btw im disgusted... i was watching SportsNet last night and they were showing "highlights" of all the canadian teams in the first round. Well, i know i should've expected this but in the ~2min of clips from the first round of all the canadian teams, for montreal all they showed was Ribeiro's and Kovalev's cheap plays and the goal Boston put on Theo right after the slash and 1 other ****ty goal Langdon put in on a deflection in game 6 and a check on Komisarek. Now Toronto (especially TO) and vancouver got like 95% of the highlights which included such GREAT goals as Lalimes 2 **** up misses in game 7 by Niewendike (however u spell it) and some half decent Vancouver goals. Now i know never to watch TSN, Sportsnet or the other great propaganda filled sports stations. F--- that, im watching the French station, this is starting to become a joke. Montreal had a great playoff, came back from 3-1 and they portray Montreal as a cheap team who won by luck but noooooooo Toronto's was much more exciting series against a team who had no will to win. Even Calgary gets the shaft here too.

Senators' Martin fired after another playoff loss to Leafs

if u ask me, its not Martin whos the problem in Ottawa, its the ****heads who go out on the ice everyday, dump Lalime, find a better goalie, re-organize that team who has no desire to win a hockey game. Put some heart on that team, talent will get u no where if u have no desire to win

90% of the time its not the coach, its the players. It's the players this time around. If the goalie doesnt stop the puck then you are not going to win. If the defense and forwards dont help out the goalie the team is not going to win. I was shocked that he was fired, but at the same time he should have done something different in order to get his team over the hump.

    • I think the car analogy is more this: Left hand drive, basic commands on the left side of the infotainment screen. Right hand drive, basic commands on the right side of the infotainment screen. Granted, you're not swapping between the two often so it's doesn't really work. But it's to do with the proximity of you (your mouse, or the driver) to the controls.
    • I mean, the old one was broken and so stupidly complex for many users, so I don't see that as a feasible option. A context menu needs to be simple to use, and for me the Windows 11 style actually worked really well for me, and many others. I used to have to scroll the damn context menu just to get to "file properties" in Windows 10. That was not a good experience, and I'm sure you'd agree. What they're trying to do is make it the best of both worlds, as clearly you'd prefer the Win10 style. I'm curious how they're going to do this.
    • The "Show more options" has its place, as does the simpler context menu, but it should perhaps be a separate fly-out rather than relaunching the entire, old context menu. The old context menu was getting absurd in Windows 10. Often I'd have to make the context menu scroll just to get to "File properties" on my old laptop. Even without much installed, the amount of items was just too much. It's a context menu, not a "do all" menu. Making it configurable is fraught with challenges too, so I'm interested to see how Microsoft tackles this one.
    • I don't hate the new menus, I am not a fan of the lack of features and how they went live when they clearly are not complete. The menu itself presents much better than the previous - but what's lacking (IMO) is: 1) Any kind of automated manipulation such as: "this goes on the new menu because you use this feature more often on this filetype" "this is rarely used and will fall back to the old menu" 2) Any kind of user manipulation such as: "a UI to add/remove/order items to the new menu"
