Wow. Care releasing?

Sure, there you go!

Place the folder in foobar2000\PanelsUI and apply the fcs file (may alter your columns ui settings as well) to make the playlist switcher look good. If something appears non-glass in the config (album_list_panel and quicksearch for example) change their BG colour to black :)

Should work pretty good in any visual style. Using syscolors and alpha-transparent images.

To display the artist picture: Add a artist.jpg image in the album's folder.

To display the cover picture: Add a folder.jpg image in the album's folder.

ID3 tag the amount of tracks the albums have to sort everything right. Sort after album in PanelsUI.

ID3 tag the comment in your files to display artist info.

Can anyone here get this config working properly with PanelsUI 0.13.8? It doesn't show the track name in the window title anymore.

Try adding

$if(%isplaying%,$settitle(%artist% - %track%),$settitle(foobar2000))

to the top of the config code

I'm looking how to remove the sizing bars (ie. locking the different sections of foobar), but I can't seem to figure out how. Wanting to remove the sizing seperators / dividers.

Image of what I'm talking about, circled in red.

I've tried locking the sections under the Columns UI > Layout trees to no avail.

You can't get rid of them using ColumnsUI as your layout only in PanelsUI

Okay good news, got permission to release my modification of lassekongo83's "lttm" config.

So, without a due.. presenting lttma "Listen to The Music Again"

You will need the following components:

- foo_ui_panels 14.12 beta (it might work with 13.8, but i haven't tested..)

- foo_uie_albumart

- foo_uie_albumlist

- foo_uie_powerpanels

Changes to original "lttm" config:

- made layout fluid, so window can now be resized

- remade all graphics, designed to suit VistyV2 visual style (but go well with most styles)

- added toggleable albumart/trackinfo side panel

- changed views to scpl and albumlist, removed old trackinfo and playlist selector

- added buttons to search current artist on last.fm/wikipedia.org/oink.cd

- added functioning custom seekbar ability, using foo_uie_powerpanels

@ moglenstar

I have a problem with your config.

When I choose the layout file in the Panels UI Preferences, the layout doesn't change.

And if I click on "Save all" I get the default Panels UI layout.

are you using the latest version of panels ui? 14.12 beta

http://panels.fooblog2000.com/foo_ui_panels_beta.zip

edit:

I've tested with a fresh foobar2000 install, and it will definately only work with 14.12 beta. if you try it with 13.8, it doesn't let you select my pui :)

edit2:

also, it appears that you need foo_ui_columns for foo_uie_albumart to work.

Whenever I try to play a song I get the error of "Unhandled exception : Service not found." I've never used Foobar before so I don't know what that means. The layout works perfectly (Atleast looks like your screenshot.) I get the error also when I try to send my entire library to the playlist, but if I click "Add to Library" it works.

Okay, cross all of that. Whenever I press the button that shows more details for the album (album cover and such.) I get the error.

yeah, i just figured out, it's because you need foo_ui_columns too, for foo_uie_albumart to work - http://yuo.be/columns.php

Great, works now, but one more thing. How do I get the information to show at the top too as well as under the album art.

    • Save 35% on Sony's SS-CS5M2 3-way high-res bookshelf speakers by Taras Buria Sony is currently offering a big discount on its SS-CS5M2 bookshelf speaker, saving you 35% on a set of high-quality audio equipment. The SS-CS5M2 is a passive 3-way bookshelf speaker with a 5.12-inch woofer, a 25 mm soft-dome tweeter, and a 19 mm super tweeter. This design allows different drivers to handle different parts of the sound spectrum for a clearer, more detailed audio when watching movies or listening to music. The compact cabinet size allows you to place these speakers on shelves, desks, or stands, making them a practical choice for apartments, bedrooms, and small living rooms. Despite its compact size, the SS-CS5M2 delivers up to 100 W of power. Note that since the speakers are passive, you will need an amplifier to drive them. However, if you do, you can use them for high-resolution music, thanks to a claimed frequency response of 53 Hz - 50 kHz. It is able to extend so far high in the spectrum thanks to those super tweeters. While they will work with most amplifiers and AV receivers, Sony says this pair is a perfect match for its AV receivers, such as STRDH190, 590, 790, or 1000. • So they somehow expect Apple to easily make it so that if I install say DeepSeek that DS can then handle all the tasks that Siri would be doing while integrated in the OS? That sounds like just rediculous.

Yes. AMD has better support Linux than does NVIDIA. Use Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to uninstall NVIDIA's drivers before installing AMD's drivers. That's up to you.
