Yes everybody gets that, it is caused by a rush of air going out of your ears when you apply pressure to your eyes they sink further into your skull. That sinking push air into your the various cavities of your skull which in turn, makes it's way out your ears. The noise is the air passing thru all the little holes in your eardrums.
