+Anarkii Subscriber² Posted April 8, 2002 Subscriber² Share Posted April 8, 2002 I just wanted to say that for a newbie when it comes to computer hardware etc, I found it really really easy to install my M/B and AMD 1800+ CPU I plugged it all in, flicked the switch to make the FSB 133 mhz not 100 mhz, turned it on, went to bios, pumped up the FSB to 140 mhz and booted up As it turned out, I know run a Athlon 1900+ (as seen on the screenshot a few pages back) 1800+ = 1.53 GHz 1900+ = 1.61 GHz thats a overclock of like 100 mhz, not bad for someone who has no idea what their doing :) I just wanted to point that out.
