I can't believe all you b*tches are making a big deal out of nothing.  It is not uncommon for people to prerecord their "live" tv performances.  This is especially true for pop singers.  The AV nerd ****** up, not Ashlee.  She went off stage because she was shocked and at a loss for what to do.  Remember she's young and new to the business.  It's not like she's a veteran so I don't blame her for losing her cool in the moment.  As for her dancing, she said she was dancing a "hoe down".  Obviously she was trying to make light out of the situation.  So many of you Neowin guys need to get over yourself.  And no, I'm not a fan of Ashlee Simpson so don't say that's my reason for defending her.  It's just that a lot of you need to grow up.

Sounded more like backing vocal, recorded by her, that she was supposed to sing over. This would add depth to the sound of her voice. I feel kinda bad for her. But blaming the band was pretty lame and I agree, the dance was funny as h3ll :pinch:
