yeah I don't think it 100% needed but it kind of neat

but if you keep it is there a way to put ratings in a email. So when you get a new topic notifcation you could see if it worth visiting

This wouldn't do any good with the new topic notification because you get it right as the topic is created. There shouldn't be any votes to the topic when you get the email.

Some pinned topics written by mods are closed. However, I still think it's valid for people to rate it's content.

Ok with me, though I think closed threads except announcements or pinned threads are like that for a good reason and shouldn't be rated anymore.

But that's just my personal opinion, and I respect you have a different view on that. :)
