Hopefully. Considering one of the zones was empty untill a few days ago. I'm not holding much hope for level 66 onwards.

http://beta.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.htm...=2&sid=1#25

We are in the process of tuning the leveling curve for the expansion. The Beta is the absolute best time for us to tune this curve. We made changes this week and we're watching things closely. Don't be surprised to see more changes over the course of the Beta. Those who participated in the original WoW Beta will remember the curve changing many times before release.

The most recent changes included:

--Lengthening the curve a bit

--Placing more emphasis on Quest Reward Experience

--Placing more emphasis on Dungeon Experience

--Placing less emphasis on grinding outdoor creatures while not on a quest (sorry to Cartman and the South Park kids killing their 1,232,232 fel boars)

Something that's *very* important to note:

Three entire zones are not open in the Beta -- Blade's Edge Mountains, Netherstorm and Shadowmoon Valley. These will be full of quests. The lack of these zones is undoubtedly going to skew feedback until we open them.

Ultimate Goal:

An experience curve that does not require "grinding" outdoor mobs. So long as you are always questing through your leveling experience, we've achieved our goal. If you ever need to "stop" and kill creatures to open up quests, then we have more tuning to do. We will not require people to go into the Dungeons. HOWEVER, dungeon exp will be very rewarding for those who choose to attempt the added challenge.

Must be nice to be spoilt. 16 and you owned a car and felt the need to vandalise other peeps property.

Never said I owned a car. Was my dad's let me drive to work and school, as long as I paid for insurance, gas, repairs and took care of it. I paid for the engine that I replaced, I paid for all the other parts to be repaired, continue to paid insurance, and to this date I still don't own a vechile that's mine. And I didn't feel the need to vandlise someone elses property, was drunk. None of what I said should have happeneded and I shouldn't have done it, but when if you lived in the area I did, you would quickly realize there wasn't anything else to do. And the truck in question was a piece of ****, beat down truck so I didn't give a crap about it, it only became good when I replaced the engine and fixed up random other parts.

On-topic, there's a blue post on the WoW forums that confirms the release date is solid and will not be pushed back.

Off topic :

when if you lived in the area I did, you would quickly realize there wasn't anything else to do

Fair doos mate but I come fae Glasgow knife crime capital of the world, and its that attitude of "nothing better" to do thats led to kids out stabbing folk to death!!

Also soz if I seemed an ass but I live in amongst folk who dont realise just how good theyve got it, but insist upon killing each other over boredom.

Remember theres always an alternative.

On topic

Woo I get back online tomoz, just hope this crummy GF4 will cut the cake in terms of instance runs. Still got scholo and full brd to do.

LVL60 here i come :)

Small notice. If you currently make a mod/addon for WoW. I think wowinterface.com is giving away keys to folk who keep them updated! Would be worth uploading them to there if you don't normaly.

http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info..._Mount_Mod.html - Winning addon I think, he got a key and he's sure it was from the contest.

Pallys get screwed again. Their tier 2 armor is sweet but the t3 and t4 and t5 all look terrible.

Blizzard just hates pallys I think.

Stop your bloody crying! Why is every player an angsty teen who things every man and their dog hates them? /rant

The armour is a place holder (check the beta forums).

    • KillerPDF 1.4.2 by Razvan Serea KillerPDF is a lightweight, portable PDF editor for Windows built for users who want full control without subscriptions, installers, or telemetry. It runs as a single executable, making it ideal for USB use and field work. You can view PDFs with smooth PDFium rendering, navigate quickly with thumbnails, zoom, and shortcuts, and reorganize pages using drag-and-drop. It supports merging multiple PDFs, splitting documents, and extracting selected pages. KillerPDF also allows inline text editing with font matching to preserve the original layout, plus annotations like text boxes, freehand drawing, highlights, and reusable signatures. You can search full text, copy content easily, and print documents with flattened annotations. Designed as a free and open alternative to bloated PDF tools, it works fully offline on Windows 10/11 x64. No runtimes install. Everything needed is inside the EXE (targets .NET Framework 4.8, which ships with every supported Windows release). KillerPDF key features: High-quality PDF rendering via PDFium Edit PDF text inline (double-click to modify text) Page thumbnails and fast navigation with zoom and shortcuts Merge multiple PDFs into one Split PDFs and extract selected pages Drag-and-drop page reordering Font matching to preserve original document appearance Text boxes for notes Freehand drawing tools Highlight overlays with adjustable color, size, opacity Undo actions and clear per-page annotations Create, draw, and save reusable signatures Click-to-place signatures anywhere Full-text search with highlighted results Drag-select or Ctrl+A to copy text Print with annotations flattened Portable single-file app (~10 MB) No installer, no admin rights required No account, no telemetry KillerPDF 1.4.2 changelog: What's new PDF form filling. Interactive PDF forms now render their fields (text inputs, checkboxes, radio buttons) as live controls. Fill them in directly and save — field values are written back into the PDF. PDF outline (bookmark) navigation. A new OUTLINES tab in the sidebar displays the document's bookmark tree. Click any entry to jump to that page. The sidebar auto-fits its width to the longest entry on open and can be dragged wider; switching back to PAGES snaps to the pages-mode width. Fixed Page rotation no longer reverts after saving. Rotations applied via the sidebar context menu now persist correctly through the save pipeline. Copied text words were out of order on PDFs where glyphs are stored in non-reading order (Issue #66). Text extraction now sorts words by position and uses a dynamic line-grouping threshold so both drag-select and Select All produce correctly ordered output. PDFs with malformed or non-standard XRef tables now open in read-only mode instead of showing "Invalid entry in XRef table" and failing entirely. • The very fact that a TPM (v2.0 specifically which is part of the issue I suspect) is now a baseline for any supported Windows installation will naturally mean other vendors will start to leverage it as they know it'll be there. It's called progress, and it's always been the way. A TPM isn't a windows thing, it's just a module designed to securely store keys. Secure boot isn't a Windows thing (although MS are the TCA as I recall hence the upheaval this year as the 2011 certs expire), it's just a way to verify a bootloader is signed. Windows simply leverages them.
    • It's a local account with the ability to reset a password at a very base level. I really don't get the issue that gets whipped up around it But you do you
