Yup, you can read a bit about it here;

I see, thanks.

I done a full pc scan and no viruses. Guess I'll just need to change my password to something different and hope for the best.

Can i give you some advice, something I'm using myself.

After i was hacked, i installed Windows Vista Ultimate 64 Bit - Just to get UAC.

Then i installed Comodo Firewall 3.0, it may require a lot of attention, but it tells you when a piece of software is using the keyboard and you need to grant it permission.

I also bought some proper high-end Anti-virus, NOD32 in my case, nothing free.

Plus a slew of trusted anti-spy/adaware programs.

And last but not least, copy your password to either a normal .txt file or a password encrypted one. Every time you start the game, copy & paste it. ( Create a long and advanced one ), this way no keyloggers will get to you at least and i doubt noone is gonna guess a password like that anytime soon.

I know this may seem very unnecessary but i like to feel safe ... Just a few tips :)

I'm using Vista 64bit, but I turn off UAC heh.

I'll look into that firewall application.

I use Avira Antivir, and I bought a subscription. It is a good antivirus (Y)

Good idea on the password to prevent me from typing it (Y)

I guess my password may have been logged previously at some point, but I have no idea why the account wasn't used till now?

I got Vista 34bit. AVG Free Edition. UAC. That's it. I stay good. But I never do web surfing, only stick to neowin/alla/wowhead/worldofraids/x360a/gmail/wowwiki/armory/wowace. So only 10 sites, enough to fill up my Speed Dial in opera, with neowin icon on toolbar to click to. That's usually my internet surfage on any given day. Once or twice a week I check realm forums/guild forums. I dunno, I think all those sites are safe, I hope.

Yeah my PC is a fortress now.

I think my details must of been logged a month or two back but not used till now (before I went to vista).

Playing the waiting game now for Blizzard to unlock my account :(

Wish they'd hurry up, don't mind waiting for my items back on my main, as right now im focusing on leveling up new chars anyway - But I guess without my mains gold, leveling new chars is a little trickier (need a cash boost/flow of some sort).

My only advice to you is to get a friend to change your password from a different pc and wait out your situation. I wouldn't even play your character because there are some restore mistakes where they restore your character and you lose everything you just gained. So sit back and relax.

PS- Make sure you say YOU changed YOUR password from and FRIENDS PC if you follow this advice. The TOS says no 1 but you can access your account... so just make sure.

I did change my password.

First thing I did when I couldn't log in today was go to password retrieval.

Reset the password, got back into my account and BAM thats when I noticed things were wrong.

Whoever accessed my account only managed to change the password, not email or anything else.

I told the GM I managed to retrieve my account and change the password, but they still "suspended/locked it down" for now...

Just hope they unlock it fairly quickly... I don't mind waiting a week or two to get my actual money/bag & bag contents back - I'll just create NEW chars and level them up a bit during that time.

I got up to level 45 in warlock and I have got bored, and i saw the amount of race druid is having so i have tried it, about an hour ago, and im level 15! So far its just like warlock without the pet but having the health spells are really good.

Can I get a pet in druid? and if I can what level?

Warriors have pets?

I've contacted a GM and am waiting a reply as well.

Anyone know WTF this is all about?

Yndi is my main 68 hunter that was hit hardest - 900g down/no items left.

What is with all the COD mail?

At least I have a name, fzof, who seems to be connected somehow?

If I remember its obviously a scam. But badly done. Heres what I remember reading. You get a gift box and put something of little value in it. Then post it to tonnes of people for like 1gold COD. Someone is bound to pay it to find out whats inside. This guy obviously has got it all completely arse about face. Haha 200g for cheese?

So I was planning on farming like crazy to get my epic mount, but I gave up on that. I don't have a problem using my land mount and 60% flying one. Eventually I'll get epic, probally once WotLK is released as gold will probally be easier and have a whole nother 10 levels to to earn gold to use. I'm sitting around 2k and I'm slowly building it up.

So instead I'm leveling a bunch of alts. Started a Pally, Shaman, Mage, Druid. Plan on taking them all to 10. Then all to 20, etc. Though the Shaman will probally pull ahead, since I enjoy him the most, right behind my mage. Guess years of tanking, I finally want to put out some damage.

you should look into dual-boxing. 100% legal, all though expensive.

I started a hunter alt a while back and only begun to pay attention to it. I'm amazed that I can kill mobs 5 levels higher than me.

yeah thats a hunter for you.. I have a 70 hunter, find them so much fun to play. you will enjoy your hunter so much if you get to 70.

Has anybody ever tried hearthing out with parasites (or ghosts, or doom, or whatever) to see if you can get it out of the instance?

I want another cursed blood plague.

Pretty sure it spawns the parasites in the raid instantly then TPs you out. They don't want a repeat of the ZG blood thing. :p

    • Weekend PC Game Deals: Cyberpunk 2077, Split Fiction, Sonic Racing, and more by Pulasthi Ariyasinghe Weekend PC Game Deals is where the hottest gaming deals from all over the internet are gathered into one place every week for your consumption. So kick back, relax, and hold on to your wallets. The Epic Games store brought along two games from wildly different genres this week for PC gamers to claim. Robobeat is a rhythm-based action game that lets you become a bounty hunter that can wall run, slide, and bunny hop around his opponents. All you have to do is stick to the beat for the built-in or custom songs. Next, Citizen Sleeper is a sci-fi RPG adventure taking place in a ruined space station. It uses tabletop RPG-inspired elements like dice rolls and timers to change up how players approach its activities, factions, and storylines. The Citizen Sleeper and Robobeat giveaways end on June 25. On the same day, RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 and Voidwrought will become the next freebies. The bundle space expanded with two more collections from Humble this week too. The June 2unes bundle is up first, carrying plenty of rhythm games. This carries Kill the Music and Rhythm Witch in the $5 starting tier, followed by Trombone Champ, Spin Rhythm XD, and Thumper in the $7 tier. Paying at least $12 gets you the complete bundle, which adds on Kalpa: Cosmic Symphony, Everhood 2, NOISZ, and Sixtar Gate: StarTrail. The next bundle is for virtual reality fans. This carries Among Us 3D: VR and Zero Caliber VR for $10. The next tier brings in Tactical Assault VR, Ancient Dungeon, and Arizona Sunshine Remake for $15. VTOL VR, Zero Caliber 2 Remastered, Metro Awakening, and Thief VR land to finish things off for $18. Free Events It's a big week for free event fans, as Valve kicked off another one of its Next Fest events. This one carries thousands of gameplay slices from upcoming indie games The promotion is set to run until June 22. Standard free events are also ongoing this weekend. This includes the sci-fi grand strategy experience Stellaris from Paradox and the hit SEGA management game Two Point Museum. Asymmetric multiplayer horror title Dead by Daylight and the hit mech shooter MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries are also free-to-play over the weekend.
