Well I had the 5k for mount training, but got 2 upgrades (Nightbane chest, and badge legs) which I had to gem and enchant. So down to 4400g, so time to start doing dailies more frequently and mining a bit more, try to get that up 5500-6k which should cover upgrades, repairs, and the mount.

Ello,

I want to start playing WoW but on the US servers but I am based in the UK. My friend in the US has given me a 10 day trial code for the US server which I am currently using.

I tried activating the account using my credit card however it said both of my cards are not valid so I guess you can only do that using a US credit card fair enough. I can get my friend in the US to buy me the game but do I need a US credit card to start the subscription ?

I'd appreciate any help on this!

The game changed too much for me..

I restarted a fresh new character about 8 months ago and when I finally hit 70 again (3rd times a charm) .. just seemed still kinda of boring to me still

though won't make the same mistake again.. kept this character just sitting there and waiting..

having a 70 druid on a pvp server rocked even it was feral :p

Though I like reading this thread to see what new things have been conquered though, far less time just looking then actually doing :)

Its been roughly 4 months since I logged in WoW. After school I'm probably going to get back into the game. Along with two jobs I think it will keep me busy - seeing how most of my friends are out of town - as well content with my vacation time. Out of curiosity how are mages? I played one to 70, got the welfare gear, and had fun but seeing how i missed a handful of patches are they still playable? Or is there any recommendations of what is fun to play to 70?

Up until recently i was playing on the US server, whilst being based in the UK with no issues, so it can definitely be done.

Are you using a solo card? If so, you cant use em. But i am definitely sure you can use a uk card, unless they have changed it in the last 2/3 months.

However, you cannot use the uk game pre-paid cards. You might just have to get your friend to buy you those and pay him back! ;)

Mages are fine, haven't really changed alot.. Except for a few things like, ALL mages get iceblock, we get 3 charges on our mana gem now, and we can summon tables which give food/water, instead of having to make a million of the stuff.

I have always played a mage, and with full T6 (minus Sunwell of course) I still love playing my mage everyday.

I got a friend in the US to get the game for me and got the game registered. Only thing is that the postcode input for the subscription isn't big enough. I'm I meant to use the first or last part of my postcode for the subscription payment ?

Anyone here tried the Fire Nova totem bug (it's more of a lag issue, tho...)?

You put the totem, wait till there's 1-1.5 seconds left till it fires, and you log out.

The totem becomes neutral for a second, and damages everyone no matter what faction they are. :)

Good for killing lowbies at the AH

    • Citizen Sleeper and Robobeat are free to claim on the Epic Games Store by Pulasthi Ariyasinghe PC gamers have two more games they can add to their library without needing to open their wallets, as the Epic Games Store's freebie offer has just refreshed. That means last week's Warhammer 40K Speed Freeks and The Ouroboros King offer has been replaced by two new games, which happen to be Robobeat and Citizen Sleeper copies. From the duo, Robobeat lands from developer Simon Fredholm, offering a rhythm-based action game. Released only last year, the title puts you into the shoes of Ace, a bounty hunter that's targeting the robot showman Frazzer. The fast-paced title offers movement techniques like wall-running, sliding, and bunny hopping to zoom around while shooting enemies, but the requirement is doing everything to the beat. Outside of built-in tracks, the title also lets players upload their own music to populate its levels too. Next, Citizen Sleeper lands from Jump Over The Age, a sci-fi RPG adventure taking place in a ruined space station where thousands of people are trying to survive. The tabletop RPG-inspired title uses things like dice and clocks to change how the player approaches situations and survives their day-to-day lives. There is a large range of characters to meet with in the station, each with their own storylines and alliances. "You are a sleeper, a digitised human consciousness in an artificial body, owned by a corporation that wants you back," says the developer about the setting. "Thrust amongst the unfamiliar and colourful inhabitants of the Eye, you need to build friendships, earn your keep, and navigate the factions of this strange metropolis, if you hope to survive to see the next cycle." The Citizen Sleeper and Robobeat giveaways are set to run until June 25 on the Epic Games Store, giving PC gamers seven days to claim the latest offer. Once this closes out, new freebies will take its place on the same day. They are supposed to be copies of RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 and Voidwrought. Don't forget that mobile gamers can check out the Epic Game Store's weekly giveaways on Android and iOS to grab a freebie there as well.

    • The Online part hasn't even been announced and probably won't be included on day one. This is a massive singleplayer game.
    • While I agree with all that, it just proves there's an a** built for every seat.
