4x 3.6Ghz Xeon EM64T

16/32 GIG PC3700 DDR2 ECC

6x73 SAS 10K 2.5" drives

14x146G U320 15K drives

PCI-X SAS and U320 HW RAID

Onboard Dual GIG E

2003 SP-1 Enterprise Server

I just can't decide between 16 and 32 gig.

This will be my new site application rig in about 45 days. Any guesses as to who is the manufacturer?

Windows 2003 Service Pack 1? If this is a production server, I would advise against running 2003 x64 or 2003 SP1 if it will be a system that is running for the business.

Agreed. Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 is still in beta, along with Windows Server 2003 x64, so I highly recommend waiting to put that on until it is officially release (if it is a production server).

I've never seen a motherboard with 4 processor slots before, what motherboard is it?

[EDIT] Holy crap, the Dell PowerEdge 6600 has Quad processors... that's a lot of speed right there :omg:

How much did you pay for all that? Four processors in that PowerEdge raises the price to $15,000+ Going up to 16GB of memory adds another $8000+!
