Hi there,

I'm new to Miranda and have been trying to customise it. I was just wondering if there's a way to show the song you're currently listening to on winamp as your status message? i.e. like the feature in MSN (personalised status messages).

I have the winampnotify plugin and variables, but I'm stuck >_<

Any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks

Anyone knows how Kerm did reach the transparency between separate user lines  :woot:

I'd love to have it too  :D

He must use a part of his wallpaper as a background for the chat window. Then he align the window with the wallpaper to do the trick. I think so.

What he said.

Ahh, thanks kronik!

no worries ;)

You might wanna try GamerStatus too, it automatically assigns your winamp track as an away message once Winamp is detected (opened) so you dont have to do it manually, you can even configure it to change your status to busy or something whilst listening to a track or watching a movie, playing a game etc.

here play around with it:

Thanks.

Enabling tool style main window helps.

This can only be checked if show title bar is enabled.

Enabling title bar, then enabling tool style main window and disabling title bar works and doesn't show the taskbar entry anymore.

Afaik this tool style main windows checkbox should be checkable even if title bar is disabled.
