yeah, you need to do what M1h4iL said, thats how I got mine. You cant get expersalvage kit in ascalon

Any of you guys don't have a guild yet? We're still trying to get more people for an initially PvE based and then more towards PvP based guild. We have several neowinians already so come and join us. If anyone is interested PM me and I'll give you guys some details. :)

I've got an expert salvage kit. But no Charr hides to use it on.

As for the guild, i'm already in a guild so can i just leave that guild and join neowins one?

I think you can get it by using an expert salvage kit on charr hides or any hides, in fact anything that looks furry. And yeah i heard its cheaper now, by a lot.

No wonder people were wanting to buy char hides by the bucket load. I sold 30 char hides to this guy who was wanting to buy them for 500g. lol. People must be desperate for them fur squares..

Sure, if you'd like, we're always trying to get more and more active players. Currently we have about 16-18.

to whoever was considering monk as their second profession...

i was not liking it at first. it was starting to look pretty useless... although i could heal myself and all, i was not having very many spells to help me HURT my enemies, just heal. but now that i'm getting farther and farther into the game, i am learning many new skills... and it turns out that monk is great. i did like 5 quests last night, and i think i gained at least 2 new skills on each one. i have a bunch of awesome skills now.

and a sidenote.... does anyone else find the "heal area" spell to be almost completely useless? sure it heals anything inside of it for 60hp... which is awesome.... but.... it also heals enemies as well if they are in it. lol its funny to watch grazden the protector use it. he will get a charr down to about half hp, and the charr will get him down to about half hp, he will use the heal area..... and bam both of them are at full hp and start all over again. its like a never ending cycle :p.

Heal Area is a incredible useful spell if you know when to use it. Same goes for Heal Party. If you have a team of only ranged fighters you can stand somewhere and bombard the other team and then heal your whole party with Heal Area if they are close enough. Currently my Heal Area heals for 140, which will probably improve some more since I'm only lvl 12.

i cannot believe how much fun this game is. i woulda thought by now i'd be bored of it, but they keep things interesting as you move on with missions. it's such a blast!

    • Less powerful than a PS5 at twice the price! I wonder if they use that for marketing? Totally DoA.

    • How does it compare to the "SeeStar S30 Pro" and the "Vespera PRO 2"?
    • Indeed. And note that those units are MUCH cheaper than this new Steam Machine...ahem.
