That's what I'm thinking, or something along the lines. The theories in this thread are just wild, and after getting disappointed with companies announcing their big announcements (Sega's huge announcement at E3 last year, Megaton, ...), I've learned to take everything with a grain of salt. Funny thing is that Nintendo didn't announce anything here, what we were told was probably an off-hand comment about a few new, playable games or something.

Then again, if it's something big, I'll be that much more surprised.

I think only a year or two. He made a big splash last E3. I think he's the marketing director, and if he is he's doing a helluva job!

here is something to ponder, tomorrow is nintendo's birthday the first day that they revolutionized the gaming world, so what would be more perfect then to do it again on the same date, why do it on the 17th when two days later there is a date with significance

Yeah you do notice that we've never seen this thing turned on or playing a game. We've never even seen screenshots from any games for it. Something is definatly up.
