I just do ;) But I mean, its up to you. emerge whatever emerge unmerge whatever Try it and if you don't like it, dump it :)
zivan56
I'm sticking with Debian 3.0r0, nothing beats apt-get :p I like the idea of it compiling during install, but damn ifconfig says my gateway is not a gateway.

karmakillernz
I didn't like it myself. It seemed way too buggy for my tastes. (So yes, I have tried it ;) ) I always just used Gaim instead.

I'm just interested as I havn't heard much on it. Its been running as a webserver in my house. All I can say about it is that its nice and stable. They don't put the latest software in it, rather the latest stable. If you arent looking for eye candy, it is a great quality distro with no BS. karmakillernz
Aww bugger. You're just luckier than I am :p It crashes on me on startup. But anyway, it defaults to Metacity which is nice and small and just does it's job. You can also use Sawfish but, at least what I've heard, it's not quite finished (the version that supports gnome2).
