Ahh, that's nothing to do with the theme - that's a script called "nicklist". You can get it here.

What font are you using on that icons? looks nice.

Here's how my desktop looks right now. I've just updated E17, there're several improvements but also some annoying bugs that prevent me from using it full time (specially the issues with fullscreen apps).

Slackware

Desktop Environment: KDE 3.4.1

Style/widgets: Tiblit

Colors: My own

Window Decorations: Glow (square)

Wallpaper 1: Dois, found on wincustomize.org

Wallpaper 2: Something I found on Neowin

Here is the current one, inspired by bvc using one of his excellent theme ports.

GTK/MCity: Xi-Albook

Icons: garGANTuan

Wallpaper was found in this guikit at deviantart. Also using starterbar gdesklet, xcompmgr/transset-df for shadows/translucency and AquaBase font. The music player is amarok 1.3-beta2, using Lipstik QT visual style.
