This release is to test the forum menu, and the new RSS reader. Again all bugs posted here and I need some feedback from the Linux and MAC testers :). Also if you have better images for me to use feel free to post them.

This update can be downloaded through the update system

nope search doesn't the next beta will have google/yahoo/msnsearch not neowin yet as they all use $_GET strings where Neowin use $_POST so i have to work out how to send the search as $_POST

im using deer park alpha 1 and it wont install. i get the error shown in the attached image.

Thats strange Im using Alpha 2 and it works fine no problems at all. Try updating to Alpha 2. Uninstall previous version first tho.

Updated to 0.3.1 to fix DeerPark Alpha 1 install bug and added gamers to rss menu. Update through the update system

you are downloading the 0.3.1 release? Wierd because it works for other people. I'll have to look into this.

I will try reinstalling firefox again and see if it makes a difference

what do you think if i change the rss to this:-

Right click the link...save it to desktop then open the extensions in Deer Park Alpha 2...drag the file into the extensions box.

EDIT: I cant get the latest version through Auto Update and the link you specifyed doesnt seem to want to install. It says its not compatable. There is something wrong with that build

ok i give up! i've now got 1.0.5 and i still get the same error. its ****ing me off now!

Ok ive updated via autoupdate and it works. however the file above still doesnt work. It says its incompatable. Is there a difference between the one on autoupdate and the one posted? Try posting the original and see if msntrev can get that one to work?
