Do you tip pizza delivery people?

Recommended Posts

Depends on who it is. If its that hott, oh so very hott.......so sexy.....so seductive........::drools::........AHERM I mean yea if its that blonde sex goddess with blue eyes from the store downtown, I tip her all she wants. Then I proceed to slip my number in one of the bills, hehe. If its some dude, no lol

Yes, I feel bad because my delivery dude has only one arm, and he carries the hot pizza, with the same hand and has to do so much work, it's so sad. :(

I never have. I don't think anyone in uk tips delivery guys.

I might let him keep the change if it's ?1-?2

It's not like they provide a variable service. They either delivery it, or they don't.

edit: i always tip in restaurants, just not delivery guys. It's not like they do much

If it's free  If I have to pay for it  Also depends on the money I have. For example, if it costs $18.62 and all I have is a $20 I'll just give the $20.

I always tip the guy, especially because the place I usually order from has a gguy on a bike delivering in all kinds of weather. He deserves 2 or 3 bucks.

I WOULD tip any pizza delivery person who would drive the 12 mile distance to my house from the nearest pizza place.

Well where I live Waitresses and bar staff only get like 3 dollars an hour they work for tips. Pizza delivery gets a full wage. So no I usually dont tip, unless they do something above and beyond. I have a Pizza Hut deslivery guy here that always brings Napkins, Peppers, Cheese and wetnaps all bundled in a rubberband. He I always tips 3 dollars. he is the only one I have found that tries to do something extra and deserves the tip

I always tip, unless I just scrounged the last 37 cents out of the couch and have nothing extra. I tip at least $1, whether it's a $5 or $20 order. I've tipped $10 before, just because I was feeling generous and had a decent-sized paycheck that week. I tip about $5 on average, it doesn't matter to me how much the order total was. Same goes for servers in dine-in restaurants. It is better to give than to receive. ;)
