The icons are a very recognisable mix of Documinium, Vista Recolours, Simple, and a couple of obvious apple conversions. The firefox skin isa mod of Hills' Longhorn Inspirat. The Thunderbird Skin is a mod of the apple mail skin, not sure which author.
