^I very much doubt everyone is modding the theme. LE5 currently has a little more than 17000 downloads and don't think even 5% of those have the knowlage or energy to mod the theme. That's my theory anyway. :p

cause there is no need to mod this...people should be happy about the fact that there such guys as u are, who are developing skins over months...

i think this msstyle is just amazing....

u guys who aren't happy with this one....go bully someone else man.

I must admit I like it as it is! Brilliant work em3! Especially the inactive title bar in the black style is gorgeous!!

Why didn't you use that for the blue one too? Didn't it work in blue?

Arghs, this new v5 is a two-step-backwards compared to v4.2! I' m sorry, but the new startbutton (This is in fact the MCE button!), those light blue borders around dialog buttons, those huge pixely borders around html text forms and these sucky seperators around the startbutton make me stay with v4.2!

em3, don' t take that personally, I really appreciate your work but v5 is just not good as your older themes. My two cents.

Isn't it obvious? Duke, the woodsman who can build a log cabin using only a bootknife, a paperclip, and the moons gravitational pull.

IMHO these are 2 different themes and you can't expect it to improve just because the version number is higher...

...you mean you weren't talking to Duke? Well, now I just feel like an ass :blush: .

Yeah, I thought that might be the case, but it still didn't connect to me. Oh well...over and done.

So...does anyone know how to get that Vista orb that I mentioned in place of the start button of this VS? I'd really like that green orb on there, but I've never manipulated any VS. I've just used them.

Okay em3, started using LE4 2 weeks ago, and moved on to LE5. I havn't used skins in 4 years and LE4 made me come back. Using LE5 at the moment, much better that LE4 the title bars are nice and black which looks awesome (black compact btw). Changed the start button, the startmenu highlights and one of the sliders so it works fine with foobar.

WIth the few modifications I've done this is a great theme, keey up the good work.

      Popular Windows 11 file manager Files gets improved tags, layouts, and new OneDrive icon by Taras Buria Files, one of the best third-party file managers for Windows 11 out there, has received a minor update to version 4.1.3. The latest release brings a few quality-of-life improvements and new features, including an easier way to calculate folder sizes, improved tags, a new OneDrive icon, and more. Starting with folder size, File now has a dedicated "View size" button for each folder if you have the "Calculate folder sizes" option turned off in settings. This improves performance and allows you to see each folder's size only when needed. Note that folder size calculation could take some time depending on the number of files and their "weight." Next, Files can now retain file selection when switching layouts. While this change is rather minor, it lets you keep selected objects highlighted whenever you need to switch, say, from a list to a thumbnail layout. If you use tags, you will be glad to know that Files 4.1.3 makes it easier to remove all tags. You can do that with one of the following methods: From the context menu — right-click an item, open the Tags submenu, and choose Remove tags. From the toolbar — when the Edit Tags button is pinned to the toolbar, the same option appears in its menu. From the Command Palette — open the Command Palette and search for Remove tags. You can also assign your own keyboard shortcut to it from Settings. The final visible change is the new OneDrive icon. Files now pulls the icon directly from the OneDrive executable, which means the app always has the up-to-date version. As for the fixes, developers resolved the following bugs: Fixed an issue with extracting tar archives. Fixed an issue where the Signatures page would occasionally cause a crash. Fixed an issue where the Play action wasn’t available when a single media file was selected. Fixed an issue where Smart Extract would extract archives to the wrong location when switching tabs. Fixed an issue where tag search excluded folders when grouping by type. Fixed an issue where thumbnails would sometimes fail to refresh after a file was modified. Fixed an issue where a BitLocker-locked drive wasn’t displayed. Developers also revealed what is coming in future updates. Soon, Files Preview will get a new Tree View sidebar, allowing you to display folders in an expandable hierarchy, which is a popular way to browse deeply nested folders.
