kvaughan, use your head before posting.

I think you took me the wrong way. Not once have I not supported what you were doing. Not once did I complain that I did not have this visual style in a completed state to use. As for the two options you provided, I would choose B. I would not want a 90% completed painting hanging on my wall, therefore I would not want a 90% completed visual style on my computer. I agree with your point that an unfinished work doesn't give anyone the right to rip it, however being that it was unfinished and would be for an extended amount of time people got ideas to finish on their own. We all (most of us anyway) understand you have a life and that is not an issue, but as I said all you did was get people ****ed off and bored with the unifinished style before it was done. I have alot of respect for you b0se, I'm just stating the truth and I don't care who gets ****ed off at it

Hey [email protected] you choose your name because thats what women call you in bed?

I stopped reading your post after that sentence. I hope you didn't say anythign important. Based off that comment, I bet not.

But let's stay on topic people. We don't want to get this thread closed and make b0se stop wanting to make sweet VS's for us for free, no matter how long they take to finish. If you want them better and faster, do 'em yourself.

Actually, it's not. Visual styles are considered art, as are painttings. Can you make the connection or do I need to try to explain even further?

Is anybody forcing you to use/view either? If you don't like the fact that it isn't done, don't buy/apply it. Especially if it is free. You don't order a steak well done, then ask for it after it's only been cooking for 5 minutes, then complain that it is still raw (since you seem to like analogies).

So if you want themes for free, either be patient, or make them yourself. Elsewise stop bothering the cook and be thankful that they don't spit in your food.

Music is also art. Try to hang some music on the wall asshat.

Totally different things, silly comparision.

Good job at looking like an ass.

THEN STOP TROLLING

i love the theme and cant wait for the next release

How the hell was he trolling? He made an opinion, he didn't state anything along the lines of "this VS is **** because it's not complete".

I'm starting to find these comments of "OH HAHAH OWNED" or "HEY SHUT UP AND LEAVE HIM ALONE" or "GET A LIFE" or flames directed at 'whiners' every bit as annoying as people complaining about this VS being unfinished.

Why not keep quiet until there's an update on the VS?

Exactly, there's no need to post until he updates it. He gave you his reason, now keep quiet and wait.

Try to put a painting in your CD player "asshat".

You are a waste space and this will be my last reply to anything you say.

As for anyone else who says I'm trolling, hating, etc., whatever, don't get angry because I have the balls to say what everyone else is thinking.

Exactly. Way to validate what i said! Good job!

Balls to post what everyone is thinking?

You seriously need to start reading this thread. This thread is about people showing support to b0se while he finishes this visual style. Most of the people, the large majority do this. A few others, od'ing in negativity like to come here and post retarded comments trying to live on the fame of what a b0se thread/visual style represents.

Yet, the only fame you are getting is a negative one. Which is ok, since you have been providing people with a few laughs to be honest. Your ignorance is funny.

Have a good time "not replying" to this.

Hehe.

Argh, I love the theme from what i can see in the screen shot, but i can't download it :( When i download it, it says invalid or corrupt file?

Any advice?

This worked for me..

1. File is in .ZIP format; download onto Desktop

2. Extract, there SHOULD be a file with no extension

3. Right click, rename and add to the end .RAR

4. Extract again, everything should be in that folder.

You need WinRAR or a freeware that opens RAR's. Again, this is the way I did it there are probably different ways to get around it. Weirdly enough, on my laptop I didn't have to do any of this..

I love how all these people go mad if one person says something out of line like "omg it's buggy!".

You dudes suck up to the artists way too much.

OMG DUUDEEE I LOVE YOU I LOVE YOU, I WILL DEFEND YOU TO THE DEATH!!! UR SKIN IS t?H BEST!!!!

*Goes to sleep.

    • JetBrains is working to cut false positives in RustRover 2026.2 by David Uzondu Recently, JetBrains released the fifth EAP build of its dedicated IDE, RustRover 2026.2, bringing improvements like a Run gutter icon for criterion_main! macro benchmarking and a feature that alerts you when there are unused traits in your current scope. Now, the company is out with a blog post addressing one of the "most common" complaints from users: false positives. In RustRover, a false positive occurs when the editor incorrectly highlights something as an error even though the project compiles and runs successfully. This mismatch flags a gap between the IDE's internal intelligence and the actual compiler. When the editor flashes red warnings over perfectly valid code, developers lose trust in the tool, which stalls momentum. Traditionally, RustRover runs cargo check to detect compiler errors and warnings, but it also relies on its own code analysis engine to power real-time features. To provide quick feedback, this engine parses your source code into a syntax tree while inferring types and resolving names as you type. Because this engine must work on broken, half-written code and react instantly, its logic sometimes diverges from the compiler's, producing false positives that do not exist in the compiler's eyes. JetBrains said that it has a "dedicated task force" focused specifically on identifying and fixing false positives by analyzing user reports and examining large-scale open-source projects. To speed up this process, the team built an internal system modeled after Crater, the famous Rust project that compiles and runs tests for every single crate published on crates.io. This automated pipeline compares the diagnostics from RustRover's analysis with actual compiler output to catch discrepancies before they reach users, ensuring smoother workflows. RustRover, for those who're unaware, is a dedicated IDE designed specifically for Rust developers. It's been around for a couple of years now, providing features like built-in debugging via LLDB, seamless cargo integration, advanced macro expansion, and HTML support. JetBrains distributes the app under two licensing models: a paid commercial subscription and a free option for non-commercial use.
    • Last year I bought the 2TB variant for $114 on Amazon. That's crazy that the 1TB is now 67% more expensive for half the storage, even with the newer T9 already on the market. And that's considered a good deal.
    • You can disable all non needed features from Brave. There is also Brave Origin which removes them entirely and it is free for Linux.
    • I wish I could use Brave but the tab suspension feature is horrible. It doesn't suspend them like Edge does. Even after 2h open with 70+ tabs (same as Edge), it has 2GB more consumption than Edge for no reason.
