Yes they're big and yes dual monitor support is heavenly in KDE, right along with everything else. Clean -> Dirty -> KDE 3.5.1 Windeco is my own DeKorator theme and kstyle is my own also. Wallpaper is Retro-World by the one and only KoL https://www.neowin.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=437940 Icons a mix of Tango and Nuovext. Edit.. I usually don't like apple start buttons, but duyvan82's port of Lie is so good, it just has to be used...
