Justin- Posted June 7, 2006 Share Posted June 7, 2006 Why does there download manager not allocate the file, why does IDM download at 0kb/sec and why does internet explorer download at 435kb/sec when im on 2mb broadband, so many whys. Patience. It took my manager about a minute to start getting 840+KB/sec speeds. It would download in little bursts, then finally started full speed.
