Pompey win against Newcastle 2-1 at home to take 7th place, but Tottenham still have 2 games in hand and it's looking like they'll take Wigan to the cleaners today to put Portsmouth back in 8th position.

Tough game next week at Villa Park, hopefully we can win or draw, would be great to get into Europe this year but I predict it will take at least another year to get into the UEFA Cup at the rate we are going. The beginning of this year saw a dip in performance and hopefully this recent boost will stay for the rest of the season.

Sigh...poor performance by Liverpool against a Manchester City team that they can easily beat. We'll just have to move on and play better against Middlesborough.

I think a win is possible. Our form has thankfully picked up. I'd love to go to UFEA cup, but there is some parts of me which say no.

We've got good players but not enough to sort of really compete all the time with quality. But we would like the extra money to help quickly pay off for a new stadium in the future.

The researchers attributed this difference to the particles' longer atmospheric residence time, meaning they remain in the atmosphere for longer periods, as well as their different microphysical interactions with surrounding air and atmospheric components. The study also identified a pronounced "weekend effect." In Israel, traffic volumes and some industrial activity decline significantly on Fridays and Saturdays. During these periods, concentrations of both NOx and PM2.5 dropped, and corresponding changes were observed in the atmospheric electric field. “The weekend signal demonstrates just how sensitive the electric field is to changes in human activity,” the researchers noted. “When emissions decline, the electrical environment adjusts at once, providing a high-resolution indicator of urban atmospheric conditions.” The findings showed that pollution levels can influence not only the chemical composition of the atmosphere but also its electrical properties.
