Lost - Season Three

Yeah...that was a pretty messed up at the end there. It would have been funny if they had her spring out at the last second of the episode. :p

I think Paulo would have died from so many bites. Nikki was only bitten once.

Edited by Rob2687

Paulo being buried alive I would of cheered by Nikki...come on she was hot...and that ends 2 characters that were so pointless ...even their flashbacks sucked...but maybe not as worse as Rose and Bernard's Episode!!!

If there was any good out of Nikki/Paulo flashback, it showed Ben/Juliet/Others were able to access the Pearl Station via some undergound pathway.

At least I wanst alone there...I didnt hear them come down the ladder...made me think of a tunnel...tho it didnt look like there was much space for a tunnel near the ladder

Holy crap! While it was certainly a jaw-dropper of an ending, is it going to play out to anything? I seriously doubt they'll live and crawl out of all that, and as long as that doesn't happen, no one will know the truth except for the audience.

I cant see them going back to them...its closure I think...no more will people talk about Paulo and Nikki only in past tense :D

If I'm not mistaken, Ben made a comment about the hatch door being open.

I have to admit I wasn't taking much notice...ha ha I was typing an email out at the time...wasnt to interested but the Pearl made me look :D...I'll re watch!!!

Well if they could get into Perl, then they could see everything that went down in the hatch. And probably fed info through the vacuum tube to the rest. Likely is why they know so much about them. Notice Ben didn't know much when he said he'd find out and exploit Jack. It was also the first time Juliet sees him. Makes you want to go back and watch what all happened in the hatch. It also makes sense out of the inputting numbers in the computer. That requires a lot of idle time in the Hatch where conversation that can be overheard will occur. And with the quarantine marking on the hatch door, that would influence people to stay in and be watched. The question becomes is this the original purpose or just a convenience for the others.

Did anyone notice the dog uncovering the bodies? He knew they were still alive. In the scene where the teacher talked about the spider did he say it was deadly or just a paralytic?

I didn't think about Vincent uncovering the bodies.

As far as the Pearl station, I don't see that as being how they found out about everyone. I mean, they knew a lot of information about Jack, and they were able to prove to Jack that the Red Sox won the World Series that year. I'm almost certain that they have other means of finding this information out, which we'll eventually find out later. Case in point: they got Locke's dad there. You can't do that with the Pearl station (not that we know of anyway) :p

What if Lock's dad is the monster. That thing can imitate just about anything. Which fits in well with what Ben was saying, that it can show you whatever you want to see.

My only issue with this is what purpose would giving Locke an imitation of his dad be? How would giving him what will eventually dissipate help Ben convince him to stick around and tap into the island's special powers? If it was going to show his dad, why show his dad tied up and apparently beaten? Wouldn't having him standing there be sufficient?

I'm not saying you're wrong, it's just that it doesn't seem as likely as the Others having another method of getting off and on the island.

Plus, Ben told that guy to get the man from Tallahassee, which apparently is Locke's dad. Surely Ben wasn't saying, "Get the smoke monster and make it look like Locke's dad." To me it makes more sense that it really is Locke's dad. But hey, I've been wrong before :)

    • I've always preferred this possibility. There is something that feels good about the idea that all matter in the universe will eventually come back together and maybe even result in another big bang. The idea that the universe would fizzle out over the eons and forever drift apart is a little depressing. I realize it is not logical to let a basic human desire for life to have a grand everlasting meaning change the way I feel about a scientific theory, but I am human, so that is how I feel :-).
    • Windoze 11 could finally go to hell, instead of making me savor yet another error I've never had. "Bad Pool Caller" or whatever TF cryptic crap0la message it is. Adding salt to injury, it says something along these lines (on the blank black screen after it hard stops): "Your windoze needs to restart. You can restart." NO WAY SHERLOCK. The PEECEE, look, it's *blocked*, I can do jack sh1t with it as it is and you say that it needs to restart? Further, that I can restart? What am I supposed to do, take a herbal bath? Sudo a sandwich? Timewaster pile of useless slop and errors, coded by monkeys and force-fed on us by a pedo-founded corporation, that's all there is to it. Now, let's have a fun weekend trying to handle the error, which after a quick internet check can basically be due to EVERYTHING, from memory faults to drivers to motherboard issues. Thanks M$.

It emphasizes privacy by blocking trackers, ads, and ensuring your data isn't collected. With Zen Mods, users can enhance their browser experience with various customization options, including features like split views and vertical tabs. The browser is designed for efficiency, providing fast browsing speeds and a lightweight interface. Zen Browser prioritizes user control over the browsing experience, offering a minimal yet powerful alternative to traditional web browsers while keeping your online activity private. Zen Browser’s DRM limitation Zen Browser currently lacks support for DRM-protected content, meaning streaming services like Netflix and HBO Max are inaccessible. This is due to the absence of a Widevine license, which requires significant costs and is financially unfeasible for the developer. Additionally, applying for this license would require Zen to be part of a larger company, similar to Mozilla or Brave. Therefore, DRM-protected media won't be supported in Zen Browser for the foreseeable future. Zen Browser offers features that improve user experience, privacy, and customization: Privacy-Focused: Blocks trackers and minimizes data collection. Automatic Updates: Keeps the browser updated with security patches. Zen Mods: Customizable themes and layouts. Workspaces: Organize tabs into different workspaces. Compact Mode: Maximizes screen space by minimizing UI elements. Zen Glance: Quick website previews. Split Views: View multiple tabs in the same window. Sidebar: Access bookmarks and tools quickly. Vertical Tabs: Manage tabs vertically. Container Tabs: Separate browsing sessions. Fast Profile Switcher: Switch between profiles easily. Tab Folders: Organize tabs into folders. Customizable UI: Personalize browser interface. Security Features: Inherits Firefox’s robust security. Fast Performance: Lightweight and optimized for speed. Zen Mods Customization: Deep customization with mods. Quick Access: Easy access to favorite websites. Open Source: Built on Mozilla Firefox with community collaboration. Community-Driven: Active development and feedback from users. GitHub Repository: Contribute and review the source code. Zen Browser 1.21.3b changelog: New Features Updated to Firefox 152.0.1 Fixes Fixed transparency not working after updating to 1.21.2b (#14259) Fixed frequent crashes affecting users with Intel Raptor Lake processors Fixed an issue on macOS where choosing a PDF option, such as "Save as PDF", from the system print dialog would send the job to your printer instead of saving a file. • Microsoft, why can't I just turn off Copilot on my MS account (in order to stop OneDrive from wanting to summarize everything, ahem) in a way that doesn't break OneNote instead?
