Lost - Season Three

All of those were explained.

The numbers are from the Valenzetti equation, which a patient named Leonard in Hurley's mental hospital kept repeating over and over and over. Leonard was in the Navy, and one night heard a transmission of the numbers repeating over and over. Libby was also a patient at the hospital at the same time as Hurley, thats how they know each other.

That I already know. The question is how are the numbers connected to the island & Hurley. As if Hurley was MEANT to crash on the island. And with Libby of all people. My main point here is how everything is connected in some way or another. Too coincidental to be explain "logically."

I don't believe all of them will...there will be the ones led by Jack that will think to the bitter end that the Freighter is home for them...

Good point - I agree :)

Guys, remember, Walt and Smokey aren't necessarily the same!

Michael used to see Walt teleporting or something, without ANY interference from Smokey LONG before they saw the island!

Just thought of something important: Patchy is not - cannot - be invincible.

His phone convo with Ben: "How do I know you didn't tell [bonnie and Greta] the same [to kill] about me as well?"

That means that at least Ben believes that Patchy can be killed. Or at least, Patchy believes that Ben believes that Patchy can be killed, or else Patchy wouldn't have said that to Ben.

I just think he is trained for survival...lest we remember he was part of the Soviet army I think or Russian and he was a medic...he knows what kills and what doesn't...

how do u explain a harpoon to the heart then ?

Well I would think just like Ethan he is superhuman that he can survive with that for a short time...and when you think about it he got his pack and went to blow the place...it might be his last breath...that Island has weird abilities to your body...

Mikhail died too i guess... he got blown up by the greanade so make that 15.

If he died, the total would be 13 not 15. I doubt he's dead though. You never know though, they may just kill him off.

Two points from the movie:

Mikhail was told the two women from TLG were on an assignment in Canada. How big is the outreach of the Others? Remember the fake plane and passenger bodies....

Juliet told Sawyer they were building a runway. WTF for if they have the sub (or had at the time of building the runway)?

I thought that was a joke?...because she said it was for Aliens and then she denied she knew what it was for?...

remind me what happened ?

Well Ethan was just powerful he lifted Charlie up into a tree and tried to hang him...and when Jack put the beat down on him he took alot for a normal person...

Yeah she was just making a joke about that. I have a feeling that if Juliet says she doesn't know we can take her at her word now. I truly believe she doesn't know what they were building, I bet most of the "Others" don't, Ben just told them to start building according to "Jacob's" plans. Or something along those lines.

DarkUFO'S Season 4 Prediction League

I've been thinking about how to provide additional interest and a bit of fun to the upcoming Season 4 episodes as well as providing some prizes to DarkUFO visitors. I've taken this idea from a number of other sites and adapted it for Lost.

Below you will see a link to a spreadsheet which has a number of simple questions which you fill out and return to me. As and when an answer is shown on the show and it matches your answer, you will be awarded points based on the type of question. After each week I will post the Top 20 League Table and at the end of the Season we will have a number prizes on offer. There is a limit of 1000 entries so far.

1st Prize - Season 4 DVD Box Set + Season 4 Soundtrack

2nd Prize - Season 4 DVD Box Set

3rd Prize - Season 4 Soundtrack

Entered mine, worth a shot.

Yeah I think Ben just said to build something and showed them a picture...actually thinking about it...might be part of the Temple

Some thoughts.

I think that they /were/ rescued from the island already, by the people on the ship. The flashfowards were about Jack having to deal with it. Locke told Jack that he wasn't supposed to leave the island, but he did. But at the end of S03E23 Jack's saying he takes flights and wants to crash; he "prays he can get back" to the island; "we were not supposed to leave"; "We have to go back, Kate". So Locke was right, Jack wasn't supposed to leave the island, and now that Jack is off the island he knows it too. So the start of next season some of the rescued Losties (or maybe just Jack. And Ben? And Walt? Maybe Kate? Hurley too possibley since one of the writers said Hurley was the heart of the show) are going to get back to the island somehow. Penny might've got a lock on the island when she made her communication and so she knows where the island is.

Jack's ex wife was pregnant at the start of 3x22 as well. Maybe she will get complications during pregnancy and Jack'll try to take her to the island for a chance at keeping the baby or something.

I also reckon the people on the ship who rescued everyone are baddies. They want the island for its weird properties, but they don't want a load of people on it running around and doing stuff. So they rescue our Losties more to clear the island for their own use, rather than for the good of the people they rescued. The people remaining on the island (the others, Locke, those two who were burried and then opened their eyes at the end, any people who get back to the island, etc) will then have to do battle with the Shippies, and Locke will lead them.

But at the end of E23 it's obvious Kate and Jack aren't on speaking terms. Why could this be??!?! They were talking fine on the island, Jack told her he loves her and Jack got her rescued! What have they fallen out over? (Maybe it's because of Jack's obsession with trying to return to the island, and Kate doesn't want to but knows she has to or something; maybe she's with Sawyer now and things are good. Sawyer doesn't feel the need to return to the island that Jack does, and maybe Kate is torn between knowing she has to return and the life she's leading now, seemingly happy with someone and without the FEDs on her back anymore.)

Maybe season 4's flashbacks are going to chronical the time between when our Losties were rescued and when they return to the island; about what the Others did and what the Shippies did.

(And oh, I do think Charlie's dead, but he could have been saved.. Air pocket at the top of the room, Des swims round and gives him an oxygen tank, charlie opens the door to flood the whole base (the door opens outwards into the base, so he could have opened it) and escapes.)

    • Microsoft brings Planner Agent to all Microsoft 365 Copilot users by Ivan Jenic Image: Microsoft Microsoft has announced that Planner Agent in Microsoft 365 Copilot is now generally available to all users with a Microsoft 365 Copilot license. Planner Agent is the latest addition in the string of AI features that Microsoft is implementing across virtually all of its products. The agent lets you manage tasks through natural language prompts directly inside Microsoft 365 Copilot. You can create and update tasks, check priorities, and get insights about current entries without leaving the chat interface. The general availability release comes with a handful of new additions on top of what was available during the initial rollout. A new plan picker lets you search and filter your plans by name, then update task names, statuses, due dates, or priorities through the agent. There's also a goals bucket now, which lets you group tasks under specific goals. This builds on the Goals view, a feature that was introduced as part of the broader Planner refresh that rolled out earlier. Image: Microsoft | Planner Agent in Microsoft 365 Copilot All AI-generated plans and tasks are created in draft mode by default, so you can review and approve changes before anything goes through. This is actually a thoughtful safety feature, because trusting AI to handle all your tasks without a human in the loop is usually a recipe for disaster. Having tasks initially saved as drafts is the best possible middle ground. Microsoft also says that not all tasks are executed equally. Simple tasks get processed quickly, while more complex ones, like building a plan from a Word, Excel, or PowerPoint file, are handed to a more capable model. Microsoft says this approach delivers the best performance, but it could also help with usage management, as you won't have to waste tokens on performing simple tasks. Planner Agent is available now across Teams, Loop, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 apps for anyone on a Microsoft 365 Copilot subscription.
    • To be clear I'm anti trump, the bigger point is why review this game at all?
    • Trillion dollar Microsoft has to reduce spending by hurting more people. Good job Microsoft. Good Job Asha.
    • That's a shame. The big Xbox reset when Phil and Sarah left and then Asha came on and brought a new team of executives, and all the layoffs last year and saying that the ABK merger wouldn't result in redundancies I am surprised they are calling for yet another reset and yet more layoffs.
