Well in all my times of watching teaser trailers, I have to say this one was the worst.

Thanks bmaher. (Y)

Whats so bad about it?? I mean what is a teaser supposed to do, tease right? A proper Trailer will most likley be out in December.

Does this hav anything to do with the movie

Yep, That was a stunt for the movie. It must be one explosive scene!!

Also Sarah Jayne Dunn appears to have a role the movie;

Miss Dunn confirmed she is due to film a part in the new Batman film next week, but has been sworn to secrecy about her role.

I wonder who she'll play..... :shiftyninja:

Read the post above. I mean it showed nothing, it didn't tease me that's for sure.

Jeez, don't get me wrong I love Batman and cannot wait until it's released next summer (uhh so far).

But I got Resident Evil and Saw IV to look forward to soon. :)

Kind of pointless when a trailer is released to do nothing more than say: "hey, we are alive and actually making this film".

That is actually kind of the point of the teaser... to say "hey we're making the movie" not everyone who would want to see this movie actively seeks out news on it to know that it is in production. Personally i liked the teaser, in combination with pictures that have been released they have given us a really good tease about The Joker. We know he's in the film but we know very little else and that is how I'd like to keep it.

I think after see-ing the pics that the initial pic that came out long ago was indeed the Heath Ledger joker seen below

This was pretty much determined to be just rumor quite awhile ago, I believe. I, however, do think it would be a fitting car for the Joker...

em? Yea, we knew it was real as it came from the offcial site.

actually that photo of Heath was never directly on the official site. it was on the ibelieveinharveydenttoo.com site, and even though it turned out that it was an official picture. WB has never come out and send that they were responsible for it (even though we know they were) so it wasn't really the official site.

Looks like there's going to be a 7 Minute "The Dark Knight" Prologue at Imax in December:

Omelette is reporting that Warner Bros. Pictures is planning to show a 7-minute The Dark Knight prologue featuring Heath Ledger as The Joker in front of screenings of Will Smith-starrer I Am Legend in IMAX theaters on December 14.

whysoserious has been updated with a jacko-lantern...something gonna go down?

Yeah, I think it's called Halloween.

What kind of logic is that? Even though we know for sure the photo is official and we know they were responsible for the release of it, it wasn't really an official site?

Durrrrr

It may not be THE official site, but it is official.

attempting to sling insults is not neccesary... to me there is a difference between an official site and a site used for a viral marketing campaign. The whole point of this viral marketing campaign was that it was meant to raise questions abotu whether or not WB was behind it. In the grand scheme of things, yes the site was put out by WB and therefore is an "official" batman site, however it was a viral marketing technique and to me wasn't THE Official Site. I'm not going argue semantics though, especially with someone that feels the best way to debate is to sling insults.

Well of course it is I am just saying something maybe put on the site to celebrate Halloween...

If you look at the mouth of the pumpkin it is in the shape of the Bat Symbol... it is also designed to look just like a pumpkin from an image in The Long Halloween Graphic Novel.

yes, unfortunately that first 5 minutes is going to be shown with I am Legend and barely have an interest in seeing that, much less driving to the nearest IMAX theater to see it...

It will get "released" I am sure :D

    • They aren't going to want to. Most would just go with the 17 Pro and save money. Why would they want to spend $300 for basically the same thing? It's not worth it if there are hardly any changes from year to year.
    • 24H2 rolled out to the Release Preview Channel in early June 2024, so this coming a bit later in the Experimental Channel (formerly Dev) doesn't really say much more than earlier H2 releases that came out in October. I am not sure what the thinking is here by putting it in Experimental, one would think that the 26H2 stamp means features are locked down and it's now bug tested until October? I don't even pretend to understand Microsoft's strategy for Windows Insider Program though
