I hear you there, My logitech 4000, live 5.1 and hp deskjet has no drivers for it. I am thinking about moving from a creative if I have to get a new card for vista. I think creative is trying to make everyone buy a new higher end card. Just the idea of it I guess.

Retail but not in retail packaging.

DHL always hands off packages to USPS for delivery to me.

I've had that happen as well, with things from both Apple and Microsoft.

I mailed out Christmas cards over 2 weeks before Christmas and some people still has not got them. They live 4 blocks away.
