Hallo dawxxx666 !

Could you post earlier config (or new strings to replace in my actual config) with older version of your cdcover images? link

I'd like to put it in your latest version (1.03). This view of empty cd case is very original (Foo AvA by dawxxx666 1.0.2)...

It may interests the other users of foobar2k :)

I gave up on using the Lyrics Panel a while back, but I'm willing to try again if someone could show me how, haha.

I couldn't find a guide on the internet on how to use it.

Only thing is, I don't want lyrics to be embedded into my mp3's. I need them separate in a folder somewhere.

Am I suppose to have them in TXT or LRC files or something? And how would I set up Lyrics settings to use those files as the source?

you can try the new Lyrics Show Panel Modded. Enter its settings and choose to save the lyrics to a directory of your liking. it's a very nice plugin. I only wished it showed more results as it misses some songs sometimes.

@dawxxx666: nice update, it's getting better and better.

@bzhSlap: maybe you're not fully tagging your files. have you tried a tagging application like MP3Tag? The same thing happened to me once. Windows Media Player mis-tagged all my music files.

Thanks xan K !

I have been re-writing all my tags with MP3Tag :sleep: and FOO from AVA is working fine now :yes:

@SHADOW-XIII: You need to restart foobar after switching them or maybe you're using the wrong playcount plugin. there's one that uses the %play_count% code and another that uses %play_counter%. I'm using the latter and it works fine.

@ThePitt: sure! here it goes:

right-click=>settings on the info below albumart, then locate the first line of the code and replace it all the way down to the //Background line. The playcount time stamps is made by topdownjimmy, so please keep that signature on it. it goes well with the "Red Theme" hope it helps.

Sorry for the big code post, the rollable one wasn't working... :(

Small bug noticed: setting Nothing gives nothing in the list, setting Ratings gives nothing in the playlist, setting Playcount gives Ratings in the playlist <- no way to set up Playcount :/

Download my config once (I've made some fixes). You can also find right playcount component download link in first post.

Hi,

I have a question / proposition regarding to the visualisation of audio channels with the peakmeter or the spectrum.

Is it possible to have a two-channel spectrum ? e.g. Left and Right like the peakmeter but with the spectrum values;

or eventually, one spectrum axe with superposed left and right spectrums e.g. one in red and one in blue for exemple.

As it was done by CoolEdit and now with Adobe Audition...

Thanks in advance !

@xan K

Use "codebox"

I'd like to share some interesting collection of wallpapers. They look good in new version of dawxxx666 foo :)

Turn off transparency mode, then you can switch between peakmeter or spectrum analyser.

Sorry but it would be great to have a combined (stereo) peakmeter AND (mono) spectrum analyser,

I mean a spectrum analyser with both left and right channels (L in blue and R in red for instance).

what do you think?

I have playcount on the list but it shows everwhere "? plays" ... what I have to change to make it work

EDIT: found the problem: setting for playcount mod: use PLAY COUNT, setting for playlist (with right mouse button on playlist): use %play counter% instead of %play count%

same was just going to post something about that myself. I have played NUMEROUS songs tons of times, but it still shows ? next to them.. How do you get it to actually show up?

just what I told you on the post on top of this page. :) glad it worked.

    • Looks like no official TBW rating, which should be a required listing in my opinion for sites like Amazon (hell, put it on the box too.)
    • I think I understood the article fine. Online password managers open users up to more possibilities of getting hacked, and due to KeePass being offline and local it reduces the idea of getting hacked. If someone chooses to put their database online they're kinda missing the point. With regards to the idea of the on-prem idea, I would have two issues. I'm not sure about the first issue, but I wouldn't be surprised about them offering a cloud storage for the passwords that most wouldn't bother to switch off, regardless of if they went for on-prem or not. The second issue is that the on-prem solution for Bitwarden costs money, whereas KeePass is free and open-source (as far as I am aware). The article points out how to sync the database between devices, and I recognise that deficiency in security. But it isn't a necessity. So both services can offer a same idea, but one is free and the other isn't...choices, choices.... But to each their own.

    • I am not surprised because life is the product of a lot of biochemical and physical processes that releases various energies as a by-product. The only thing new here is the detection of these photon emissions. The researches noted this "glow" is not a metaphysical one. They don't even immediately end when one is dead. Things like fires, light bulbs, and on a bigger scale stars release a lot more "light" and they are hardly alive.
