Also, if Michael's using the alias "Kevin Johnson", does that make it more or less likely that he is the "Jo... ...antham" in the coffin in Jack's flash forward. On the one hand, he may keep the Kevin Johnson alias, or on the other hand, me may be more likely to use another alias, now that he's already used one.

The Jo... antham alias is probably someone else from 815 that gets off the island.

1. Jin is alive

2. Sun was crying "I miss you" because she had to leave him on the island--the writers chose all of her words carefully

3. There obviously isn't a body there nor would it make sense to transport Jin's dead body

4. The date HAS to be the date of the plane crash so that the fact that everyone's still alive on the island would remain secret between the Oceanic 6 (and whoever's behind the cover-up, be it Charles or Oceanic or whoever)

5. This seems to be one of the the earliest flash-forwards as it occurs only months after they get back (Jack's was obviously the farthest in the future given his attitude about going back compared to his scenes in other flash-fowards)

I think that the Oceanic 6?s are hiding something, maybe something bad or even murders between the two groups (Jack?s and Locke?s) and there are still people on the island and they don?t want other people to know they are there. So the date on the tombstone can mean: 1) Jin dies soon and they said that he died on the plane crash so they don?t have to explain how he died or 2) Jin is alive but they can?t tell there are survivors on the island and they left them there.

P.S. My head hurts?

The reason people think it's Michael in the coffin is because he has a Son.

Who else has a son?

Sawyer? Locke?

Locke wouldn't leave the island. He'd die first. He also doesn't have a son.

Sawyer has a daughter, not a son.

Its possible that its Michael in the coffin, but I believe thats not how it will play out.

I do believe, however, that the death next week will be in a flash forward. I just have a feeling.

I think the Oceanic 6 got out of the island not with the freighter (for me, it is very clear that this people have no intention to rescue anyone), but with Ben. I think that while on the freighter, Sayid will find something nasty about those people, which is why in the future we see him working for Ben, attacking his enemies.

Ben will offer some kind of deal to get 6 of them off the island, create the backstory for the 6 survivors (I think Jin agrees to have Sun leave because she is pregnant). If we look to the black dude that went to visit Hurley on the season?s first episode, he didn?t know much about the rest of the passengers, and was trying to get information from Hurley. I think this implies that the freighter doesn?t make it back, since he was one of the people behind it. It would be a somewhat safe bet to say that the people on the boat die, or they are still stuck in the island (Daniel, Charlotte, etc.)

Locke wouldn't leave the island. He'd die first. He also doesn't have a son.

Sawyer has a daughter, not a son.

Yeah maybe at the end like it was in season 3.

Some 4.09 Snippets

Here is a nice little scoop that I'd like to share with you all. One of my contacts in Hawaii, called "Hawaii Girl" has just been in contact with me and sent me the following information from yesterdays filming. We can confirm the following snippets.

- Sayid is indeed in Episode 4.09

- Sayid is one of the Pallbearers at his former love, Nadia's, funeral

- According to other sources Ben was also seen "close by" and ties in with recent spoilers and photos posted here from Ryan in with Michael Emerson was spotted.

We hope to get confirmation of the Title (which has been rumoured as Bakir, a character in the episode) and if is indeed a Sayid or Ben centric episode. I strongly suspect that it is a Sayid Centric episode but we'll have to wait and see on that.

You might want to Spoiler tag that!!!

The Spoiler DOES say there is a Death in a Flashforward, but I believe that was referring to Jin in the last episode... considering the confuseness in last episode.

he dosnt have to spoiler guess's...its only a spoiler if hes been reading spoilers and knows its going to happen.

Because you're usually coming Across as some kind of Spastic, Hyped-on-SUGAR kid in just about every post.

Use less exclamation points, use less capital letters (far, far less), and maybe, just maybe I would read your post as if you were calm

What would this thread be like without Jedi's over-reacting posts? It's like telling Rappy to not post any spoilers.

Oh yeah, great episode. Nice to see Simon Rhee (shopkeeper) get a small role on the show.

I've yet to really find a bad episode on Lost.

    • Glad these prices are starting to come down, but that is still crazy. I bought the 2TB 9100 Pro (slightly more expensive version with PCIe 5.0) last year for $240.
    • The 2TB Samsung 990 PRO NVMe SSD hits lowest price in over three months by Sayan Sen Yesterday, we covered a really good deal wherein you can get a 4TB TeamGroup T-FORCE G50 NVMe PCIe Gen4 SSD for a low price of just $400 with a special discount coupon. That's just $100 per TB, making it a very good offer during these hard times. The deal is still live, so you can check it out in its dedicated article here if you do not want to miss out. Meanwhile, if you don't have that kind of budget but still wish to buy an SSD for a good price, the 2TB variant of the TeamGroup SSD at $280 its lowest price in over three months. Meanwhile, those seeking 2TB but faster performance can check out Samsung's 990 PRO, which has hit the lowest price also in the last quarter or so, as it's on sale for $370 (purchase links under the specs table down below). Thus, you want a faster drive, get the 990 Pro, or you want more capacity, grab the TeamGroup 4TB linked in the first para. The 990 PRO is a PCIe Gen4 NVMe SSD and still one of the fastest drives available today for under $500. Speaking of fast, sequential reads and writes are rated at 7450 MB/s and 6900 MB/s, respectively. The random throughputs for reads and writes are 1400K IOPS and 1550K IOPS, respectively. The 990 PRO is based on Samsung's 7th Gen V-NAND flash, and it too is TLC. It packs 2 gigs of LPDDR4 DRAM cache, which helps the random performance. The endurance rating for this is 1200 TBW (terabytes written), which should be sufficient for most users. The Samsung 990 PRO is compatible with the PlayStation 5, but if you are going to use the 990 PRO on a PC, check out the Samsung Magician app that lets you track your drive's health, update its firmware, customize various settings, and more. • If you can't spell a simple word that 2nd graders learn, your entire argument is suspect.
    • And here goes the "Won't someone think of the children" brigade. Get stuffed mate. This has NOTHING to do with making the internet safe. It's about tracking adults, spying on your online activity, and sending the boys around when they don't like something you post. Also, again, parliament have voted TWICE against this, and Starmer is going ahead anyway. THAT is anti-democratic bullsh**. They will use this law to track you, they will use this law to control you, and they will use this law to punish you if they don't like what you do, even if it's legal. And your data? Say bye bye to that. It'll be on the darkweb in weeks. I'm not some rando online. I've been an IT professional for 40 years, many of it in security. I know exactly what this means and what will happen to your data. I do not consent and I will not comply.
    • "...but it may not be Microsoft's fault" seems like a reasonable way to tease what is going on without leaving the user with a false impression that an update is the problem. A title isn't a summery, it is meant to entice the user to read the article. It should not contain a misleading premise; which this title does not. You could maybe complain that the first paragraph should have included that detail. The writing style popularized over 100 years ago in newspapers will cover the most important information as soon as possible with details and nuance added later; the idea being that with each new paragraph you have less of the reader's focus.
